Defining My Success:
My success includes commitment physically, state of mind, and to relationships. It's directly related to this. It's like a law of attraction. Attracting people who are inspired to improve and want to make the same commitment and investment for themselves. Envision the benefits of a healthy lifestyle working for you, and within your healthy community. Networking is a key ingredient towards success and can grow both online and otherwise. It is up to preference and with this, a team can grow. The fitness, nutrition and wellness products, and most importantly the people leading Beachbody are top notch, networking is an opportunity to show results in your own way.

It can help to have the courage to put yourself out there and tell your story about your wellness journey, becoming the best you can be. It is what worked for me. I’m Canada’s First Top Mexican/Latina, Elite Coach.
Earning As A Coach
Helping people is a driver to a successful business. As I helped people, I was presented with ways to earn income as a Coach. This is because Beachbody wants to make sure I was encouraged and rewarded for my efforts. Not just to buy Shakeology and do a few of the home workouts, but to actually stay the course, and keep showing results while setting new goals. Here are 5 ways Coaches can earn income:
- Earn 25% commissions from retail sales. Every time someone buys something from me, I earn a 25% commission.
- Team Cycle Bonuses. Earnings based on my team sales (as I built my own team).
- Matching Bonuses. Earnings based on the total income my sponsored coaches make.
- Star Diamond Bonuses. 2 Star, 5 Star, 10 Star, and 15 Star Diamond Bonuses get quarterly bonuses. The higher the rank, the higher the bonus.
- Referrals. When meeting a monthly level of success in attracting new clients (Success Club 5) as a Coach, I am sent customer referrals, which I can also earn a commission on.
How I Have Attributed Success:

At a granular level, this meant doing consistently the workout and nutrition programs as promises first to myself, then ensuring those I am guiding do the same.
I am a product of the product. Available online, and more. I want to help my team, and challenge groups, by assisting in a courteous, pragmatic and honest manner.
I dedicate myself at improving all aspects of my life, including relationships, a positive mindset, along with continued learning in fitness, nutrition and well being.
This, I have discovered is success onto itself. As I do this, I find myself having courage, meeting like minded people, travelling more, and realizing I truly am living my passion.
I have always approached nutrition and fitness with enthusiasm, while common sense in approach developed with experience drawn from what works. This is one area I am able to help new coaches get on track quickly by using the training used by myself, and other top coaches in who have succeeded in growing their own business.
Growth results accelerated, and my team grew to Elite Leadership Status within two years. A recognition meaning an income to make this work as a full time business for myself and family. I understand first hand what it takes to get here, and many of the challenges requiring solutions along the way.

Since 2012, I have attended team summits at host cities across North America, and awarded to attend team Leadership Recognition Summits in Coronado CA & Las Vegas NV.
I want to help be positive change for others, perhaps eventually worldwide, by improving the well being of friends and family while making an income. It is one of the ways I define success as a Coach.
